Wimberley Customer Service Is The Best!

Okay, I have to give a big kudos to Andrea with Wimberley. She is awesome! Don’t ask how, it wasn’t pretty, but my head on my old tripod broke while I was trying to clean it. Well, the space shuttle Atlantis is due to arrive back home. I was there for the launch, I am going to be there for the landing, dammit! When checking for landing date and time, I noticed different dates. One for the 18th, the other for the 20th, both before the birds ever think about catching any worms! So, in case it’s the 18th, I need my stuff ASAP!

Crud!

Online I go searching. I don’t want to deal with it again in 3-4 years. Okay, this photographer that I admire says Wimberley. That one is saying it also! Hmmm, that person is saying the same thing. This went on and on.

So, I leave a message for someone at Wimberley to call me back, I don’t want to order online, I need to know without a doubt that this will get here in time. As I wait I go over my options… I wasn’t thrilled with them.

Andrea calls me back, we go over everything that I have on my list, she answers all my questions that I have and says that there won’t be a problem getting my stuff out and to me overnight. “Are you sure?” Yes, no problem. WooHoo, we get everything ordered, and a better tripod to boot!

Friday, the 15th, 11:56am, the doorbell rings. OMG, how can that be?! I didn’t get off the phone with her until probably around 5 something. Yesterday!!

Andrea went above and beyond and from the sound of it, with a smile on her face. I hesitated about spending quite so much, but knew that I wanted the best. I’ve had it for only 2 days now, they’ll have to pry it from my hands at this point! Thanks Andrea!
